PAYMENT DETAILS

On booking Rs. 10,000 Only

On executing the agreement 20% of the total cost.

First Installment 15% completion of 1st Floor Casting.

Second Installment 15% completion of 3rd Floor Casting.

Third Installment 15% Completion of Brick work up to 3rd Floor.

Fourth Installment 15% as advance to Plastering work.

Fifth Installment 15% as advance to Flooring.

Balance All balance amount before Registration.

There will be two contracts drawn between the purchaser and the promoter. 1. For sale of land. 2. For construction of the flats and use of common space. The total consideration of these two contracts will be the price of the land and flat.

The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of land, the cost of development, building and all other common facilities, registration charges and incidental expenses for the registration of land will be towards buyers account, to be paid at the time of registration.
