There will be two contracts between the purchaser and the promoter.

The total consideration of the two contracts will be the price of the land and flats.

On allotment of flat contracts for the sale of land and constructions of the flat will be executed between the promoter and purchaser. Registration charges and other incidental expenses shall be met by the purchaser.
