PAYMENT DETAILS

On booking Rs. 1,00,000/- only

On executing the agreement 40% of the total cost

Advance to foundation work and registration of sale deed for land 20% of the total cost. ( less booking amount )

In completion of lintel level as per approved plan 20% of the total cost.

On completion of the first floor roof slab as per approved plan 15% of the total cost.

Before handing over the keys after finishing 5% of the total cost.

There will be two contracts drawn between the purchaser and the promoter. 1. For sale of land. 2. For construction of the villas and use of common space. The total consideration of these two contracts will be the price of the land and villas.

On allotment of a plot contracts for the sale of land and constructions of the villa will be executed between the promoter and purchaser. The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of land, the cost of development, building and all other common facilities, registration charges and incidental expences for the registration of land will be towards buyers account, to be paid at the time of registration.
