On completion of brick work and plastering 15% total cost
On handling over the keys after finishing 5% of the total cost.
There will be two contracts drawn between the purchaser and the promoter.
1. For sale of land
2. For construction of the villas and use of common space.
The total consideration of these two contracts will be the price of the land and villas.
The plans are not drawn to scale and are included for the purpose of identification and guidance only.
All measurements and specifications given are subject to minor variation/ alteration are made before informing the clients.
Prices will remain firm after allotment of plot and signing of contracts.
All payments shall be made by DD / Local cheque favoring Sreepathi associates.
Individual villas will be completed within 12 months of signing contracts and receiving the payment as per schedule.
Possession shall be given to the customer only after settling all the dues to the promoters. Central state or other local levis / taxes on finished work like service tax , welfare fund will be payable by the buyers.
All transactions are subject Thrissur jurisdiction only.
The price is including compound wall with gate, well, car porch and garden.
On allotment of a plot contracts for the sale of land and constructions of the villa will be executed between the promoter and purchaser. The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of development, building and all other common facilities. Registration charges and incidental expenses for the registration of land will be towards buyers’ account, to be paid at the time of registration.
