contracts for the sale of land and constructions of the flat will be
executed between the promoter and purchaser. The contract value in the
agreement covers the cost of land, the cost of development, building and
all other common facilities, registration charges and incidental
expenses for the registration of land will be towards buyers account, to
be paid at the time of registration.
