There will be two contracts drawn between the purchaser and the promoter.
1. For sale of land.
2. For construction of the flats and use of common space.
The total consideration of these two contracts will be the price of the land and flat.

Possession shall be given to be customers only after setting all the due to the promoters. Central, State or other local levis, taxes on finished works like service tax, sales tax, welfare fund will be payable by the buyers.
All transactions are subject to Thrissur jurisdiction only.
On allotment of a plot contracts for the sale of land and constructions of the flat will be executed between the Joint Venture, Builder and purchaser. The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of land, the cost of development, building and all other common facilities, registration charges and incidental expenses for the registration of land will be towards buyers account, to be paid at the time of registration.
