- All client requests must be documented and communicated through the company's official communication channels. Avoid confirming work directly with site engineers to ensure proper record-keeping and adherence to protocol.
- The client must sign off on all plans and requirements during the agreement preparation process.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any structural/ architectural defect induced by the allottee, by means of carrying out structural or architectural changes from the original specifications/ design.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any manufacturing or other defects of any branded inputs or fixtures or services of any third party, unless it results in structural defect and the warranty for such works is limited to 1 year from the date of possession unless its specially mentioned.
- Additional fees, including labor cess, one-time building tax, KSEB charges, transformer share, GST, or any other relevant taxes and government-imposed charges, will be billed separately.
- All transactions are under Thrissur jurisdiction only.
- All measurements and specifications mentioned in the brochure or any other documents given by the promoter are subject to minor variations/alterations without specific or general notice.
- All such variations/alterations shall be purely at the discretion of the promoter.
- The dimensions provided in the brochure represent block-to-block measurements and are rounded to the nearest decimal.
